COINCAP-ERP is recommended as it is and customisation is carried out only when a
"show-stopper" event occurs. The customisation is offered at a cost effective price.
UAT follows any customisation and after acceptance the customised module is deployed
on the live servers. Detailed documentation is done as part of every customisation
and is to be signed off by the user.
Customisation is deployed at all sites as a "release". Before deploying at site,
the changes are published and a sign-off is taken from all other sites.
